A great base for a stopover. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. Welcoming staff on reception and elsewhere. Loved food selection, meals were delicious and they have plenty of options.

The location was great, breakfast was fantastic. The room was spotless as was rest of hotel. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Plenty of deliciuos food for meals. Excellent value for money considering prices in Ponferrada...

it's brilliant place for visiting some must see attractions in ponferrada. room was large and that was excellent. besides, it offers wi-fi. would still consider staying here again, the hotel met every demand.
